Booking Conditions Violalpina Apartments

• Check-in is between 15.00 and 19.00. For arrivals after the scheduled time, possibility of late check-in (to be agreed with the owners)
• Check-out is expected by 10.00
• Small pets are welcome in our apartments (upon request), an extra €10 must be paid for each of them.
• The cost includes bed linen.
• The cost does not include towels, which you can bring from home or rent directly in the apartment at a cost of €5 per person per change.
• The cost does not include the tourist tax, equal to € 0.70 per day per person, for a maximum of 10 nights. Children up to 14 years are excluded.
• Free cancellation up to 15 days from the arrival date. For cancellations from 14 days before the arrival date, the entire amount of the reservation will be retained.
